Good selection of stoneware dishes, glassware, cutlery, plastic glasses, saucepans and utensils, tableware, placemats mats, oven gloves and tea towels provide everything you will need.

Starter selection of tea, coffee, sugar are provided.

Dining

There are 2 areas for dining within the apartment: 1 small table and 4 chairs in the lounge/diner and another large round table and 4 chairs located in the master bedroom.

Master Bedroom

Large bedroom with king size bed, large wardrobes and shelves, wooden unit with draws, ceiling fan, wooden shutters to windows. Bedside tables with table lamps, cheval and wall mirror, ceiling light.

Board games, radio, television, selection of DVD´s provided.

TV with integrated DVD player in the lounge.

Private swimming pool with shower, both illuminated for night time swimming.

Guests have the exclusive use of the private pool during their stay.

We do not recommend this pool for non-swimmers.

The apartment has a balcony with chairs and a table which overlooks the pool with stunning views across to Moraira and the beautiful Mediterranean sea. There is a further balcony covered porch that has chairs and a table, this is the gas BBQ area. 

Pool Terrace

The large pool terrace is southeast facing the Mediterranean sea. With 4 sun loungers and small tables, 3 large parasols, 4 chairs and one oval table, ideal for al-fresco dining.

Garden

Small private lawn area and large pool terrace full of exotic plants and palm trees.

Lower garden terraces are all stoned and surrounded with beautiful exotic plants and palm trees.

Gardens, palm trees and terraces are illuminated at night, plus the pool is lit for night time swimming.

Golf – Tennis

Ifach Club de Golf – 9 hole course and restaurant is a 4 minute drive by car 1.7km from Casa Mandian. Address: Urbanización San Jaime Calle Micheta, 5 Benissa.

Tennis hard court rental is available for 1 hour, located at Ifach Club de Golf.
