We will confirm that your requested dates are available and provide you details of your total rental price, including the security deposit, less deduction of any promotional discount being offered at the time of booking. 

The current price is worked out on at 199€ per night including all charges and taxes. Less the current promotional discount of 10% off all 2025 bookings. 

NB: Peak season June July & August, 7 nights minimum stay. Off season Sept through to May minimum stay changes to 4 nights.
