House Rules and Cancellation Policies.  

Cancellation Policy 

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.

CHECK OUT – BEFORE 10AM

Booking Availability

Peak season June July and August minimum stay is 7 nights.

Off season Sept through to May minimum stay is 4 nights.  

Security Deposit

All Bookings are subject to a refundable 300€ security deposit.

Promotional Discounts  

If you book a holiday during a promotional discount period the promotional discount will be deducted from the total holiday price. Any promotional discount offered will not be applied to your security deposit.

Promotional discounts may vary from time to time and may be withdrawn at any time without giving prior notice.

House Rules

Maximum occupancy – 2 Adults and 2 Children – Total travelers 4

Minimum age requirement – Not suitable for children under 5

Parties/events NOT allowed

No Pets! No Dogs or Cats allowed

No Smoking allowed

Access

A parking space for guests is provided. We will greet and welcome you upon your arrival, give you a quick tour of the apartment and your facilities, plus make sure you are happy and have everything you need for the duration of your stay. Our property IS NOT wheelchair accessible.

Passports

We will need to make a note of your passport details to complete our paperwork. This is a requirement of the Local Guardia Civil however, these will be returned to you immediately as you will need to have your passports with you during your stay at all times.
